Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively understanding the customer's needs and developing business solutions to meet customer requirements.

· Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, and customer service.

· Interpreting sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities.

· Actively expand our business opportunities

· Meeting sales, volume and profitability target set by management

· Working with the sales representatives/executives to identify risks and opportunities and develop customer plans

· Leading the development of people, including individual objective setting, coaching and feedback, performance appraisal.

· Providing regular communication and analysis of results to senior management and field sales team.
