The Opportunity
The Area General Manager (AGM) is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational excellence of multiple properties within a designated region. This role oversees a team of General Managers and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability, service quality, and alignment with corporate strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-property operations and engaging with property owners, preferably within international hospitality or hotel chains. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate culturally diverse environments are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin will be useful to support effective communication with the local stakeholders and ownership groups.
