Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee the assigned area, drive sales and operational targets, and ensure SOP compliance across outlets. The role includes visiting branches, coaching teams, and reporting on performance to the Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will monitor stock, drive cost efficiency, handle customer issues, and ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness standards across the network.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operations within the assigned area.
• Ensure sales and operational targets are achieved.
• Monitor the performance of outlets, branches, or assigned teams.
• Conduct regular visits to outlets or branches.
• Ensure company SOPs, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff within the assigned area.
• Prepare and submit area performance reports.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Coordinate with HQ and other departments.
• Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse sales and performance data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Report to Operation Manager
