lululemon in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Community professional to lead local engagement efforts, build relationships with studios and wellness groups, and activate brand campaigns across store networks.

You will partner with regional teams to source ambassadors, coordinate events, and manage community budgets while contributing to an inclusive and energetic local culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience building connections/relationships on behalf of a brand.
• Proven success creating and executing community plans/tactics.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects with high organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated or passionate commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity principles.

• Partner with Regional Manager, Store Managers and Store Community Specialist to support Local Ambassador Journey from sourcing to onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain close relationship with store teams through regular store visits and ambassador connects.
• Identify local community leaders, studios, run clubs and wellness communities aligned with brand priorities.
• Advise and partner with Regional Manager on Community Initiatives Fund and Store Local Events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand and RBE to plan activations and city-wide experiences.
• Enroll store teams in Centre for Social Impact and Brand campaigns.
• Monitor community health across assigned stores and share insights to drive growth.

About This Team

The Community team is responsible for the creation and execution of our community strategy, inclusive of relationship management, product seeding, activations and campaign activity across our store fleet. The broader team is comprised of the Events, Community and Sports marketing organizations who work in partnership with myriad cross functional partners to build meaningful local relationships, to engage our ambassadors and talent through relevant activations and to further lululemon’s commitments within diversity and inclusion.

a Day In The Life

• Coach and coordinate stores on vision and execution around all phases of Community foundational excellence, including full and intentional spend of community budgets. (Product Seeding, Community Engagement & Activations, and allocated community hours)
• Partner with Regional Manager, Store Managers and Store Community Specialist to support all phases of the Local Ambassador Journey including sourcing, onboarding, engagement and offboarding. Serve as the secondary relationship manager for local ambassadors, helping stores strengthen ambassador engagement and create meaningful ambassador experiences.
• Maintain close relationship with store teams through regular store visits, attendance at team meetings and joining Ambassador connects and classes
• Identify emerging community leaders, studios, run clubs, fitness partners and wellness communities aligned with brand priorities and connect stores with local opportunities.
• Advice and partner with Regional Manager and stores when submitting to Community Initiatives Fund and Store Local Events
• Consult and partner with the Store Manager on O&O's for their community strategy.
• Filter and present partnership opportunities to the Market Community Lead
• Enroll store teams in: Centre for Social Impact, Brand campaigns and Cultural Awareness Days
• Partner closely with Market Community Leads in the planning, coordination and delivery of city-wide activations, Run Club initiatives and other strategic community experiences.
• Monitor community health across assigned stores and share insights, trends and opportunities to support community growth, guest acquisition and community engagement.
• Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including Brand and RBE.

Qualifications
