This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring sales and profit targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the implementation of systems and controls are according to the the direction of the Head Office, to effectively manage business operations and meet agreed sales and profit targets.
- Ensure all restaurants deliver high-quality service with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure timely and proper resolution of customer complaints by Restaurant Management teams.
- Implement and maintain operating standards to maximize asset returns, boost sales, and improve profitability.
- Maintain effective communication channels to ensure all staff are informed of expectations and performance standards.
- Maintain authorized staffing levels and oversee staff training in accordance with the Operations Manual.
- Authorize labor hours and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date personnel documentation for all restaurant staff.
- Monitor and maintain the security of cash, inventory, and company assets.
- Ensure consistent hygiene, safety, and maintenance across all restaurants.
- Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the company’s Guest Trac Target.
- Oversee and ensure excellence in key areas such as customer service, food quality, cleanliness, profitability, shift management, and team training.
- Manage and control 12 Food Safety Critical Elements and aim for high scores in Restaurant Excellence Visitations (REVs) from NSF.
- Control operational costs including food, labor, utilities, and maintenance to achieve EBITDA targets.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT AND PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 5 years of applicable experience, exhibit ability to plan, lead, organize and control the activities of the restaurant and its personnel.
- Manage to work independently and work towards Company goals and targets.
- Team player with good problem-solving skills and possess a high degree of integrity.
