Manage and supervise daily construction or operational activities, e.g., daily material usage on-site.
Coordinate the efforts of on-site personnel and subcontractors, carry out quality inspections, and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Provide regular updates to superiors regarding on-site progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Address and resolve on-site issues promptly, making decisions to keep the project on track.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors and coordinate work with internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Possess tertiary qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) in Architecture, Structural, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Skills required: Architectural Design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management, AutoCAD.
2-3 years of working experience in a construction site.
Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings.
Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and passion for collaborative teamwork.
Good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, etc.
