Lead technical reviews of architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for high-rise projects (residential/commercial), hospitals, warehouses, etc.

Ensure designs comply withMalaysian regulations(UBBL, local authority requirements), fire safety codes, and green building standards (e.g., GBI, GreenRE).

Resolve design discrepancies and clashes during construction.

Contractor-Centric Value Engineering

Proposebuildability improvementsand cost-efficient alternatives without compromising design intent.

Collaborate with QS and project teams to align architectural solutions with budgetary constraints.

Stakeholder & Consultant Management

Liaise with external architects, engineers, and clients to align design execution with project goals.

Chair technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (DBKL, JKR, Bomba).

Site Supervision & Quality Control

Oversee architectural work on-site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, materials, and workmanship.

Conduct inspections, snagging, and defect resolution.

Documentation & Compliance
