Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise architectural works at site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate and monitor subcontractors' architectural works and finishes.

· Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and design-related issues.

· Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and deadlines.

· Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy and buildability.

· Liaise with consultants, architects, and project team for smooth workflow and design coordination.

· Conduct quality control checks for architectural finishes (e.g., plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling works).

· Report site issues, non-conformance, and propose corrective actions.

· Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and site policies.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural supervision, preferably in building projects.

· Strong knowledge of architectural details, materials, and construction methods.
