Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Architectural Designer to translate creative concepts into functional spaces for mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments.

You will produce master plans, coordinate with consultants and internal teams, and ensure construction aligns with technical specs and safety standards. The role requires knowledge of local building codes and collaborative design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Spatial Design, or related discipline.
• Experience handling multiple development projects across sectors.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
• Strong collaboration to coordinate multi-stakeholder design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Produce, refine, and coordinate master plans, structural blueprints, and presentations.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align design goals.
• Evaluate progress on site to ensure construction aligns with specs and safety standards.
• Align structural concepts with local regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Assist with approvals and administrative submissions.
