About the role

Exciting opportunity to join LLC VICTORY SDN. BHD. as an Architectural Coordinator. Based in Sungai Long, Selangor, this full-time role will see you working closely with the design and architecture team to coordinate projects and ensure efficient delivery.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions

Coordinating the work of the architecture team, allocating tasks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and other documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations

Identifying and resolving issues that could impact project timelines or budgets

Providing administrative support, such as preparing meeting agendas and minutes

Contributing to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and standards

What we're looking for

Degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architectural Coordinator or similar role

Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods and building regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

Proficient in using CAD software and other design tools

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
