Role Overview

As an Architectural Clerk-of-Works, you will play a critical role in ensuring that site works are carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with architectural plans and specifications. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction and refurbishment works on-site

Ensure workmanship, materials, and processes comply with approved drawings/specs

Report on progress, quality, and site conditions to the project architect

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively without changing the design works.

Maintain accurate site records and daily reports

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Architecture or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural supervision or similar roles

Strong knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to work independently and monitor site activities effectively
