Zusammenfassung

Arup is seeking a BIM-focused architectural modeller to join our Malaysia team in Kuala Lumpur. The role centers on delivering CAD and BIM models, drawings, and documentation across architecture, planning, and infrastructure projects.

You will support project leaders, apply BIM standards, and manage multiple deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Architectural within a consulting environment.
• Expertise and strong understanding of BIM and software tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp).

This role is to provide technical support to the team, with a particular focus on BIM modelling and documentation, delivering project documentation across a diverse range of infrastructure, science and industry, architecture, and planning projects.

The Opportunity

• Prepare and maintain CAD and BIM models, drawings, and documentation for architecture, planning, infrastructure, and science & industry projects.
• Produce concept, detailed design, construction, and statutory submission drawings, including diagrams, visualisations, cross-sections, and space planning studies.
• Support architects, planners, and project leaders in the delivery of high-quality project documentation, presentations, and technical outputs.
• Apply BIM standards and submission requirements, support compliance documentation, and manage project deliverables across multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Is this role right for you?

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least with 2-5 years’ experience in Architectural within a consulting environment
• Expertise, knowledge and great understanding of BIM
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Capability in Rhino, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
• Familiarity or exposure to planning and development contexts within Southeast Asia considered advantageous.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft office tools
