Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Two years working experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of both English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in preparing 2D design drawings and documentation.
• Create detailed technical drawings based on sketches and specifications.
• Use CAD software to create drawings that comply with building codes.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD-drafting software

Proficiency in BIM software

Knowledge of Building By-laws

Fluency in English

Fluency in Malay

Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Two (2) years working experience in architectural works is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in CAD-drafting software, BIM software, and/or other drafting tools, SketchUp, and/or other design software
• Good knowledge of Building By-laws and planning requirements.
• Good command of both English and Malay.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintaining consistent quality

• Assist the Architect in preparing 2D design drawings, schedules, and documentation for conceptual design and development.
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information.
• Use CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
