The candidate should possess a solid foundation in building materials, CAD, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp is essential.
• Skillful in physical model building and construction work.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical sketches and drawings.
• Assist in quantity estimation and material selection.
• Produce 3D models and visualizations of construction details.
