About the role

Perunding PPS' is seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of a variety of exciting architectural projects, working alongside experienced professionals to bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings using industry-standard software and techniques
• Conducting site visits, surveys, and analyses to gather necessary information for project planning and design
• Collaborating with the project team, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Preparing and presenting design proposals and presentations to clients
• Providing support in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
• Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building regulations

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Architecture field
• Demonstrated experience in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modelling, preferably in a professional setting
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM applications
