Job Description :

To coordinate on project planning matters ie layout planning and configuration.

Oversee the production of design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Ensure all design complies to Malaysian building regulations, UBBL and local planning guidelines.

To assist in authority compliances matters such as status of submissions and approvals etc.

To coordinate and arrange meeting appointments with consultant, contractor and relevant authorities.

To attend all project implementation matters including construction, quality control, monitoring of site progress, CPC and CCC process, handing over of house key and defects management, etc.

Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.

Requirements:

Min 5 years working experience.

Degree in Architectural or any other related qualification.

Possessing Interior Design knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Possessing drafting and 3D modelling skill is a MUST.
