Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of sketch design and 3D modelling for presentation purposes.
2. Develop conceptual design into detailed working drawings.
3. Conduct site studies, site & project brief analysis, and site inspections.
4. Preparation of Submission, Tender, and Construction Drawings.
5. Attend client, consultant, and site meetings with minor supervision from senior staff/ director.
6. Project management & coordination with support team, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• LAM Part I fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year experience in all aspects of high-rise Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Must have experience with AutoCAD.
• Good presentation skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge and experience of Revit is an advantage.
• Possess strong flair in design and solid technical knowledge.
• Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply due to the working environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, performance-driven, and able to work independently.
