Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant Architect to lead projects from inception to construction. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Architecture, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills. This role offers a full-time contract position with opportunities for recent graduates as well. Applicants must have their own transport.

Qualifications

• Ability to chair meetings and lead teams.

Job description

• Candidate must possess preferably Master in Architecture, Part II or equivalent;
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience with track record of recent completed projects from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD ;
• Ability to lead the team include chairing CCM, Site Meeting, troubleshoot Technical Meeting issues;
• Ability to understand Contract Terms and LAM guideline;
• Ability to prepare Monthly Project Progress Report;
• Independent and familiar with various Authority guidelines with close monitoring on follow up;
• Full-Time / Project Basis / Contract position(s) available;
• Possess own transport.
