Architectural full scope of works from design conceptual proposal, authorities' submissions, full tender process and contract administration till CCC

Creative design and visual presentation

Interactive coordination with colleagues, authorities, contractors, clients and other professionals/specialists

Specialized projects such as mixed development and industrial park master planning.

Job Requirement

Has completed LAM Part 1 or Part 2 architectural course.

Advance knowledge on architectural software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rendering software such as Revit and etc.

5 years experience in architectural practice

Positive, cheerful and proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and develop new skill

Able to work well with other project team members and colleagues
