The Role

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Develop architectural designs and plans that meet client needs, budgets, and regulations.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys for project planning.
• Provide innovative design solutions focusing on space, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Prepare construction documents ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams during construction to resolve design issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in client presentations and meetings to communicate proposals and gather feedback.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in design software and industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in construction industry is advantageous.
