Responsibilities

1. Present design proposals that align with client requirements and project goals.
2. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility.
3. Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
4. Ensure all architectural designs comply with legal standards and environmental regulations.
5. Utilize the latest technology and software for architectural design and modeling.
6. Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management regarding design status.
7. Able to meet deadlines.
8. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to the architectural plans.
9. Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.

Requirements

• Degree or Master Degree in Architecture (Part 1 or Part 2 preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Rendering software, and visualization tools to create 3D models and manage project data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
