Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program based on restaurant performance.

Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Managing profitability through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial report review.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
  • Coaching and training staff to operational excellence.
  • Completing bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk continuously; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. The starting range for new hires varies by location, with Maryland offering $55,000 - $60,000. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
