Job summary

The Big Group in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for a Semi Senior Finance Executive (AR) to support daily accounts receivable activities. The role focuses on processing bank and merchant card statements and reconciling payments across outlets.

You will assist with AR aging, month-end reporting, and year-end audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented finance professional seeking growth in a busy hospitality/retail environment.

Responsibilities

To perform daily download for bank statements and merchant card statement.
To perform daily collection received and update in respective reporting and system entries.
To perform reconciliation of all collection modes with bank statement.
To manage documentation and ensure compliances to AR system of internal controls.
To perform revenue audit (i.e. cash, merchant card, credit account, vouchers, staff meal, discount, void bill, cancelled bill) on POS report submitted by outlets.
To perform merchant refund/recharged on customer’s merchant card payment overcharged/undercharged.
To perform reconcile and ensure payment received from credit account (i.e. Uber Eats, Honestbee, Grabpay).
To perform on month-end closing report for outlet collection.
To perform monthly bank reconciliation on Bens Kitchen Sdn Bhd bank account.
To provide support on financial year-end audit (i.e. AR aging, AR collection, AR reconciliation.)
To provide support on all other duties/projects assigned as required.
