Job summary

Singtel KL Sudong MY Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle and billing operations at KL GBS. You will oversee invoicing, collections, and data governance across SAP, Ivalua, and AcuBuy, partnering with Procurement, IT, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

The role emphasizes control, data accuracy, and timely reporting, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements in a dynamic Shared Services Centre environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of AR cycles and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools advisable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer invoicing, billing schedules, and contract-based pricing.
• Monitor receivables, perform follow-ups, and support cash flow.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore AR teams and stakeholders for accurate data.
• Maintain billing records for audit purposes and month-end close.
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and support system enhancements.
