In summary, you'll (Key Areas of Responsibilities):
- Analyse customers claims
Manage the customer claims according to the finance term.
Work closely with Sales team for the claims which are not according to the trading term and accrual.
Articulate the claim exposure to Sales team on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Highlight to sales team on any disputed claims for further investigation and recovery.
Other ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time. - Ensure internal control guidelines and trading terms are complied
Track the yearly and monthly trading term requirement versus the accrual.
Monitor trade spend management for assigned key accounts.
Process claims based on correct activity month and nature within 90 days.
Ensure claims are validated by sales team with complete supporting documents.
To issue a quarterly and annual claim confirmation letter to customer and perform timely reconciliation. - Liaise with customer on disputed claim
Work closely with customer on disputed claims.
Ensure on time revert by customer based on agreed timeline and recover disputed amount. - Update and maintain database and ensure proper filing system in place
Timely update of claim status in the trade spend management file.
Ensure all documents are systematically filed and accessible for audit.
The experience we're looking for (Job Requirements):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy.
- Possess 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel.
- Detailed and meticulous in follow up.
- Passionate in driving and succeeding in your career.
