Roche in Malaysia seeks an Order to Cash Analyst based in Sunway Pinnacle, Selangor. You will join our Finance team to support Accounts Receivable, credit management and treasury activities for regional counterparts, especially India and Taiwan, helping maintain healthy cash flow and accurate reporting.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years in AR/credit or general accounting. English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin skills are a plus, and familiarity with SAP/ERP and Excel is

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for communication with India market.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for Taiwan support.
• Familiarity with SAP or SAP S/4Hana and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts receivable, credit management and treasury tasks as per Service level Agreement.
• Execute cash application and remittance reconciliation accurately.
• Follow up on unidentified open items in clearing accounts during daily/monthly bank reconciliation.
• Generate statement of accounts to customers, track and resolve disputes, and assist with the dunning process for overdue accounts.
• Support month end, quarter end and year end closing activities.
