Responsibilities:

1. Gain exposure to business operations, especially in the procurement process.
2. Assist in document administration, contract management, and SAP system management.
3. Assist in issuing Purchase Orders, Vendor creation, and related documents.
4. Participate in sourcing, buying, purchasing, tendering, bidding activities, and projects.
5. Engage with external vendors, agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
6. Assist with filing and daily procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Encouraged for fresh graduates.
• Degree in Business Management, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Malaysian graduates not currently employed.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to commit for 6 months.
• Proven leadership in extracurricular activities.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative, systematic, with sound analytical skills.
• High work capacity, self-driven, team player.
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent, resilient.
• Passion for the beer industry.
