Qualifications

• Diplôme en finance ou droit requis, avec CGPA minimum de 3.0.
• Anglais et Bahasa Malaysia courant, capacités analytiques.
• Autonome, résistant et passionné par l'industrie de la bière.

Responsibilities

• Organiser la documentation et maintenir les dossiers de conformité.
• Assister aux réunions d'évaluation des risques mensuelles.
• Liaiser avec des avocats externes et préparer des rapports légaux.

Apprenticeship, Financial Recovery & Compliance - 6 months contract

Provide essential administrative support to the Recovery & Compliance Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include organizing documentation, maintaining compliance records, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with internal audits and recovery processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting and issuance of legal documents

Assist and participate in monthly risk assessment meetings

Liaising with external lawyers on litigation matters and preparation of monthly legal report

Will have the opportunity to learn & work on financial recovery matters, including negotiations, settlement arrangements, forecasting & analysis of monthly recovery figures and others

Assist and participate with internal and external audit exercise as and when needed

Work with internal & external stakeholders on collecting data for day-to-day

Compliance

Assist on compliance activities such as trainings and event

Work with internal and external stakeholders on tasks required for ISO certification such as assisting on drafting policy, controls, and facilitating audits

Others

Assist on administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Finance or Law, any other similar qualification

Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to commit for 6 months

Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills

High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player

Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient

Passion in the beer industry
