Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• You are part of the Apprenticeship Program which is a 12-month initiative dedicated to the comprehensive learning and development of individuals in the field of Order Fulfillment.
• In addition to on-the-job training in Order Fulfillment, you will receive training and guidance in various functional areas, including communication, negotiation, project management, and participation in projects related to customer excellence and management.
• Towards the final three months of the program, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Customer Serviceteam to gain a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end order management processes.
• Apprentices who demonstrate exceptional performance and potential during the program will be considered for a full-time role upon its completion.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Support order fulfillment team and business functions in Malaysia to manage our customers’ experience.
• Assist in order fulfillment related projects.
