Job summary

OneSubsea Malaysia is seeking a Machinist Apprentice to complete the OneSubsea Apprentices Program within the timeframe and gain exposure in machining.

You will follow training plans, complete on-job training, classroom modules, and quarterly progress presentations, while aligning with HSSE policies.

Fresh entrants are encouraged to apply; successful candidates will undertake four CI projects in the first two years and contribute to department KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Complete OneSubsea Apprentices Program as per Guideline for Apprentice program.
• Complete On Job Training modules as stated below.
• Complete training plan for 1 type of machines.
• Complete On Job Training competency assessment.
• Complete classroom training modules.
• Complete presentation every quarter to update progress of learning.
• Complete total 4 CI projects approved and implemented in first 2 years of apprentice training.
• Perform and support the Departments Objectives and KPI's set by the Management.
• Achieve meet expectation in SLP-3.
• Comply with HSSE safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping at workplace.

Diploma in electrical / mechanical / CNC/mechatronic/ welding
