Job summary

Schlumberger Limited invites applicants for the OneSubsea Apprentices Program in Port Dickson, Malaysia. This 1-year training embraces hands-on assembly, final assembly, tests, and exposure to Tree Kit production (10K & 15K).

Fresh graduates are encouraged. Diploma in electrical, mechanical, CNC, mechatronic or welding preferred. You will complete on-job training, quarterly progress presentations, and contribute to departmental objectives while adhering to HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical / mechanical / CNC / mechatronic / welding required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1 year OneSubsea Apprentices Program as per Guideline for Apprentice.
• Complete On Job Training modules as stated below.
• Able to assemble a Tree Kit (10K & 15K).
• Able to perform Final Assembly and snagging on a 10K & 15K Tree.
• Able to assemble at least 1 product (valves or Tubing Hanger).
• Able to perform simple pressure testing (body or re-connection test).
• Complete On Job Training competency assessment.
• Complete presentation every quarter to update progress of learning.
• Complete total 4 CI projects approved and implemented throughout the first 2 years in apprentice training program.
• Perform and support the Departments Objectives and KPI’s set by the Management.
• Meet expectations in SLP-3.
• Comply to company and HSSE safety requirements.
• Ensure good housekeeping at workplace.
• Adhere to all company and legal requirement as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles, Responsibilities, Accountability and Authority (HSSE) document

Job description

Assembler Apprentice is responsible to complete OneSubsea Apprentices Program

within the timeframe. To gain exposure in assembly and execute Apprentice’s role

and responsibility and comply with company values, policies and HSSE requirements
