Application Support Executive

About the company:

Our client is a boutique Software House that offers unique IT products and services tailored to your business needs and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
2. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication, and client relationship management in partnership.
3. Tickets management.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
3. Able to work on shift work.
4. Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C# and/or SQL.
5. Excellent writing skills and good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Remuneration:

MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
