We are seeking a skilled Application Support Consultant responsible for providing efficient and timely technical support to customers for BASSnet ERP applications, as well as assigning tickets effectively within BASS Customer Support operations. What do you need to qualify?

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in ERP application support or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a Service Desk role.
  • Experience with customer support tools such as ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Experience with installing and configuring MS SQL Server and good knowledge of SQL.
  • Practical and/or technical knowledge of maritime software is an advantage.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of ERP issues.
  • Knowledge of the shipping/maritime industry is a plus.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
