Job summary

A well-established business solutions provider is seeking an Application Support / Consultant based in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in Microsoft Dynamics products, assisting consultants, and contributing to pre-sales activities. This role requires a solid background in IT or Accounting, strong communication skills, and a disciplined work ethic.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT or Accounting.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP implementation preferred.

Application Support / Consultant - Petaling Jaya
  • To provide support services to the client in Microsoft Dynamics Product
  • To provide support to consultants in helping them perform tasks related to the project, such as report and document building, systems setup, data migration, etc.
  • To support pre-sales activities by helping develop and demo templates.
  • Work with team members to estimate timelines and define project plans.
  • Perform any other duties that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services to clients in Microsoft Dynamics Products.
  • Assist consultants in project tasks, including report/document building, systems setup, and data migration.
  • Support pre-sales activities with template development and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with team members to estimate timelines and plan projects.
  • Handle additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT/Accounting or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Disciplined, with the right attitude, honesty, initiative, logical thinking, and hardworking.
  • Experience with Microsoft ERP/MRP implementation is preferred.
  • Ability to provide guidance and training to internal teams and clients.
  • Candidates with an accounting background/experience are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud solutions deployment and configuration is advantageous.
