Job Summary

Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies comprehensive knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments effectively.

Job Description

  1. Support the continuous evolution of the platform to automate manual processes and actions.
  2. Work closely with the CTB (Change The Bank) team to engage in collaborative agile-based development.
  3. Focus on the Service Transition phase of ITIL by promoting the adoption of the “Production Readiness / License to Operate” model.
  4. Summarize and highlight important enhancements, proactively identify risks and business issues using JIRA and Archer.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement, drive project progress, and realize benefits.
  6. Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating documentation in Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel (VBA and pivot charting skills are a plus) to prepare content for senior management.
  7. Coordinate disaster recovery planning and execution, update internal configuration management, and risk systems.
  8. Maintain applications throughout their lifecycle from conception to retirement across multiple tools.
Access & Identity Management:
  • Manage, track, and oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Account Inventory (PAI), and Access Manager activities for applications.
  • Ensure compliance with access control policies and frameworks within financial regulations.
  • Oversee Non-Personal IDs (NPIDs) lifecycle management, including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
Regulatory & Compliance Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory requirements, managing findings from federal regulatory bodies and audits.
  • Implement security controls and access policies to meet compliance standards.
  • Respond promptly to regulatory inquiries and audits related to identity and access management.
Onboarding & Documentation:
  • Manage documentation related to access governance, security controls, and compliance.
  • Oversee onboarding of new applications, ensuring proper access controls.
  • Collaborate with security teams to assess and document security risks for new applications.
Risk Mitigation & Automation:
  • Enhance efficiency through automation and capacity management to reduce manual efforts.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies related to access control and privileged account usage.
  • Monitor access logs, identify anomalies, and implement corrective actions.
Security & Infrastructure:
  • Experience with VPN setup, security systems, and certificate management for secure access.
  • Implement infrastructure security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor and manage system security controls to align with best practices and compliance standards.
Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a lead support role, collaborating with multiple teams on problem management, escalation, and system reliability.
  • Work with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to enforce security best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on access management and compliance issues.
