Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and map business requirements to system functionalities, perform system prototyping involving system configuration and set-up, testing, programming, user training, documentation and implementations of systems solutions.
• Establish and analyze business processes and workflows that efficiently support business operations, based on the client’s processes and industry’s best practices.
• May install new software and troubleshoot any problems related to performance of computer systems.
• Provide support 24/7 to users on HIS/EMR system modules, data interfaces and hospital departments’ workflows across different hospitals within Sunway Healthcare Group.
