Location: Penang, Malaysia

Job Purpose
  • Application/Solution sales of industrial devices like Sensors, Relays/Switches, Control Components, AI Vision systems, IoT Automation Controllers, and robotic experience.
  • Preferably with working knowledge of industrial communication networks.
  • Execute marketing and sales programs with distributors.
Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and engineer product adaptations.
  • Establish rapport to understand current and future requirements.
  • Develop new accounts through planning, organizing sales visits, and demonstrating products.
  • Maintain sales reports and updates in CRM.
  • Prepare cost estimates based on customer requests.
  • Analyze cost-benefit ratios for product improvements.
  • Gain customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
  • Train customer staff with technical information.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze trends.
  • Attend training and workshops to maintain technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to team efforts.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of industry sales experience.
  • Organized, able to work independently, and a team player.
  • Disciplined, helpful, and with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
