Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Programme is a 12-month program designed specifically for young talents to equip them with the right skill sets to excel in a fast-paced business environment. Through this program, apprentices will help the organization build a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

Support factory-wide innovation in products, processes, and packaging, oversee technical releases, and drive new product development procedures and guidelines.
