Roles And Responsibilities

1. Provide application support and enhancements for applications used in the bank.
2. Perform Level 2 and 3 production support.
3. Investigate problems, identify root causes, define solutions, and implement them.
4. Understand system design and analyze impacts of changes.
5. Manage system risks and propose improvements to mitigate them.
6. Work closely with users to understand their needs and issues.

Requirements

1. Application technical support knowledge of RPP; knowledge of other payment applications is a plus.
2. Platform knowledge of Linux/UNIX or Windows Server.
3. Database knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle.
4. Experience in a banking IT environment is a plus.
5. Offsite standby support on a rotational basis.
6. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
7. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proactive team player.
9. Ability to work with cross-border colleagues.
10. Work location options: Menara OCBC or Cyberjaya.
