Responsibilities
- Provide quality technical support to customers in a timely manner
- Perform systematic continuous improvement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily activities
- Develop new and innovative solutions to address technical issues and challenges
- Collaborate with sales department on assessing customer requirement to provide a win-win solutions
- Practice good documentation and housekeeping for data, files, assests and resources
Requirements
- Possesses a Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering / Control / Mechatronic discipline
- Minimum of Three years working experience in Industrial Automation products including PLC, Industrial Network, Vision, Robotics, Motion, Safety, Sensing, Quality control and Inspection
- Specialize in dedicated product lines and industrial knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive desired outcomes
- Good interpersonal, business communication and presentation skills
- Proactive in the areas of responsibility
- Self-motivated
- Ability to handle all range of personal including internal and external communication
- Detailed & organized team player, meet deadlines under pressure, a keen goal achiever and yet able to work independently with good analytical skills
