Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals for customers based on Requests for Quotation (RFQs),ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
2. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop new project concepts and solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
3. Costing: Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for new projects, considering all relevant resources, materials, and operational factors
4. Documentation Verification: Prepare and email official Quotation, technical document in response to customer’s requirement.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on submitted proposals to ensure customer engagement and address any questions or concerns.
6. Tender & Proposal: Responsible for project tender and business proposal preparation and close the deal effectively
7. Meeting & Representation: Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events as required to support business development and maintain professional presence.
8. General & Ad-Hoc: Perform additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by Management to support overall business operations.

Requirement:
• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in engineering knowledge and practices
• Experience: Preferably at least 1 year in industrial engineering.
• Communication Skills: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
