Application Engineer- Metrology & Inspection Division (Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities:

- Equipment Setup: Demonstrate metrology systems (Video Measuring Machine, Image Measuring Machine, Stereo Microscope & Digital Microscope) to customer.

- Support Senior Engineers: Help in performing measurement tasks and system configuration.

- Testing & Validation: Conduct sample measurements and prepare reports.

- Training Support: Assist in customer training sessions and documentation.

- Software Use: Operate measurement software under guidance.

- Pre-Sales Support: Help prepare demos and technical documentation.

- After-Sales Support: Respond to basic troubleshooting for software.

- Feedback Collection: Document user feedback for internal reporting.

- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about metrology tools and industry standards.

- Standards Compliance: Understand basics of ISO, GD&T, and other relevant standards.

- Willing to travel when needed

- Support company event & exhibition activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Relevant experience will be an advantage
