Client Location : Bukit Mertajam, Penang
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS.
- Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or a related role.
- Experience in pre-sales, in SaaS or software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its applications is an added advantage.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to articulate engineering information in a understandable context.
- Ability to create and organise work documentation.
- Proactive and driven.
- Quick-witted charisma. Adaptable to changing customer needs and industry trends.
- Customer-focused mindset and composed in all situations.
