Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and develop winning technical proposals.

  • Manage project implementation, including requirement studies, training plans, UAT, and documentation.

  • Deliver post-sales support with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive successful project delivery.

  • Uphold company standards for HSE, QMS (ISO 9001), and customer communication best practices.

You'll Succeed In This Role If You Can
  • Create compelling demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.

  • Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction post-implementation.

  • Provide feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to management.

  • Align with company HR, QHSE, and Customer Service policies.
