Specific Requirements

  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to understand the project requirements and objectives for the business moving forward.
  • Develop and implement winning presentations/demos meeting the client's specific requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals detailing scope, schedule, and man-hour effort to provide project deliverables.
  • Define project success factors and identify project risks.
  • Prepare project KO documentation and agree on project implementation resourcing and roles & responsibilities.
  • Prepare and conduct user requirements studies.
  • Prepare and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare project documentation and manuals.
  • Prepare training plans and implement end-user and administrator training.
  • Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with partners and update them and management on any customer support issues.
  • Provide project closeout reports.
  • Provide customer satisfaction feedback surveys.
  • Feedback any lessons learned or opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide customer solution health checks plus customer feedback/adoption/engagement.
  • Provide feedback to management on company IT resources.
