Specific Requirements
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to understand the project requirements and objectives for the business moving forward.
- Develop and implement winning presentations/demos meeting the client's specific requirements.
- Develop technical proposals detailing scope, schedule, and man-hour effort to provide project deliverables.
- Define project success factors and identify project risks.
- Prepare project KO documentation and agree on project implementation resourcing and roles & responsibilities.
- Prepare and conduct user requirements studies.
- Prepare and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Prepare project documentation and manuals.
- Prepare training plans and implement end-user and administrator training.
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with partners and update them and management on any customer support issues.
- Provide project closeout reports.
- Provide customer satisfaction feedback surveys.
- Feedback any lessons learned or opportunities for improvement.
