Job Overview

Responsibilities include providing application support within the ICT Shared Service. The role involves assisting the Application Support Team Leader in delivering ICT Application Support as part of the ICT Service Plan.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Provide guidance and support for application users to ensure high standards and productivity of supported business applications.
• Support application configuration, upgrades, and troubleshoot problems, collaborating with users and external suppliers as needed.
• Assist with ICT application project implementation and provide technical input.
• Analyze application functionality and performance, suggesting improvements.

Business Support

• Analyze system data and generate technical and business reports for managers.
• Provide user training and develop training materials.
• Manage data quality proactively in certain systems.
• Maintain interfaces, exports, imports, and ensure their smooth operation.
• Manage interfaces, operational processes, and data extracts.
• Create and run reports, interfaces, and routines to support daily operations.

• Perform other duties of similar level and responsibility as required.

Skills and Experiences

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least two (2) years of Application Support or Business Analyst experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Two years experience in planning, installing, maintaining, and supporting business applications such as LMS and SMS.
• Experience in ICT application support, implementation, and upgrades.
• Experience analyzing user needs, mapping processes, and documentation.
• Understanding of IT application issues, data integrity, and governance.
• Experience in data migration projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of application, software, support, and business analysis.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
