Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative design professional to develop artwork for apparel and promotional items in line with customer requirements. The role involves turning concepts into print-ready artwork for t-shirts, medals, lanyards, flags, and more.

You will collaborate with sales, revise designs per feedback, prepare mockups, and ensure accuracy of colors and logos before production. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, creativity, and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop artwork designs for t-shirts, medals, lanyards, flags, aprons, jerseys, banners, and other custom products based on customer requirements.
• Produce creative, attractive, and high-quality designs that meet customer specifications.
• Revise and improve designs according to customer feedback and requests.
• Prepare product mockups and visual presentations for customer approval.
• Ensure artwork files are properly prepared and print-ready for production.
• Verify that all designs, sizes, colors, logos, and text are accurate before submission to the production team.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand design requirements and project expectations.
• Manage multiple design projects and complete tasks within the given deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files and customer artwork records systematically.
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry developments to deliver innovative and competitive designs.
