Job summary

Atlantic Hitz Sdn Bhd is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create visual concepts and production-ready artwork for apparel, corporate merchandise, promotional products and branding projects.

You will work closely with our sales, project and production teams to turn client requirements into attractive and practical designs that can be produced accurately. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys seeing their designs go beyond the screen and become actual physical products.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong creativity, layout and visual design sense.
• Able to prepare artwork accurately for production.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to communicate and work well with sales, project and production teams.
• Willing to learn different printing, production and customization methods.
• Knowledge of printing methods such as heat transfer, silkscreen, embroidery, UV printing or related processes will be an added advantage.
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related fields is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Portfolio is required for application.

• Check artwork dimensions, colours, placement and production requirements before final output.

• Support creative work for events, campaigns, social media and other company projects when required.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative but also practical. Your designs should not only look good on screen - they should also work well when produced on actual apparel, merchandise and promotional products.

You do not need to know every printing or production method from day one. Training and guidance will be provided, but you should be willing to learn how design and production work together.
