5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an API Transformation Developer to help define and deliver a next generation of digital banking products.

You will demonstrate strong problem-solving, coding skills, and clear communication across a cross-functional stakeholder base. You will write unit tests, analyze API specs, design RESTful services with Java 8 / Spring Boot / Microservices / MySQL, and collaborate with the Scrum team to ensure feasible API solutions with minimal business logic in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field.
• 2–5 years of Java experience.
• Strong front-end (React, Vue, Angular, Webpack) and back-end (Spring Boot, Struts, Spring frameworks, Ruby on Rails, RESTful APIs) skills.
• Experience delivering solutions on cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As an API Transformation Developer, you will help to define and deliver new generation of digital banking products for our clients. You will be required to showcase excellent problem-solving especially in ambiguity, development, and communication skills across a highly cross-functional stakeholder base.

What you will need

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree Computer Science/ Information Technology or in any related fields.
• 2-5 experience in Java.
• Strong technical skills in Front-end (React, Vue, Angular, Webpack) and Back-end (Spring boot, Struts, Spring frameworks, Ruby on Rails, Web Server, Restful APIs)
• Experienced in delivering solutions on cloud platforms.
• Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and issue management in a multi-platform environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skill.
