As an APAC Warehouse & Yard Manager you will lead, coordinate, or oversee warehouse & logistics operations across the APAC region.

As an APAC Warehouse & Yard Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the internal and 3rd party warehouses operate at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
  • Developing warehouse operations procedures by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
  • Training and managing the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Overseeing daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
  • Reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing & enforcing standards & procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Have 5 years or more experience in warehousing / supply chain in oil & gas, oilfield services industry.
  • Have experience managing associate and operator.
  • Have proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
  • Have the ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
